- Item tags
- The tag that goes on the firearm. Customer, serial, job, and a DataMatrix of the record's own id.
- Work order labels
- The job as a whole — what came in, who brought it, when it is due.
- Claim tickets
- What the customer walks out holding, carrying the code that opens their portal.
- Contractor tickets
- Numbered separately, for work leaving the building with an outside gunsmith.
- Retail pricing labels
- Price tags for the shelf, with SKU and specs, printed off the same catalogue you quote from.
- Customer tags
- For a firearm being held for a named customer, printed straight off the FastBound item.

ZPL, not an image
BenchMaster emits Zebra Programming Language, so the printer renders at its own resolution and a 4×2 tag is crisp rather than a scaled bitmap.
USB or network
Any Zebra thermal printer will take it — commonly the ZD420, ZD620 and ZT230 — over USB or the network.
DataMatrix over QR where it matters
A DataMatrix holds the record id in a smaller footprint, which is what lets it fit on a tag hanging off a trigger guard.
Preview before you burn a label
Labels render to a preview before printing, so a template change costs a look rather than a roll.
One thing to know
We are not a Zebra partner and hold no certification from them. BenchMaster simply emits the language their printers speak, which is public and well documented.
