No price list, and a real reason for it
Two licenses and a bench is a different shop from six licenses and a transfer desk. Rather than publish a number that fits neither, we will give you one that fits yours — usually the same day you ask.
Four things that are true whatever your number is.
- Per license, not per job
- What you pay follows how many FFL licenses you run. A busy month and a slow month cost the same, so there is never a reason to keep a job out of the system.
- No cut of your takings
- BenchMaster does not take a percentage of what you charge a customer. Card processing is between you and your processor, at whatever rate you negotiated.
- No feature tiers
- There is no plan where compliance, the customer portal or the counter is switched off. What the product does, it does for everyone using it.
- Setup is a conversation
- Standing up your license, your users and your FastBound credentials is done with you. It is not a wizard, and it is not billed as a separate implementation project.
The whole list.
There is nothing else in it. No seat minimum, no annual commitment dressed up as a discount, no onboarding fee.
- 01How many FFL licenses you run
- 02How many people are on the system
- 03Whether you want your phone system connected for call pop
- 04Whether we are migrating anything in from what you use now
What about a free trial?
Not a self-serve one. Getting a shop running means standing up your FFL license, your users and your FastBound credentials — an A&D book is not something to let a signup wizard guess at. A demo is a screen share against a working system and takes about half an hour, and you will know inside the first ten minutes whether this is wrong for your shop.
Come and see it
on a real counter.
Thirty minutes, screen shared, your questions. If BenchMaster is wrong for your shop you will know inside the first ten minutes, and we will both have saved a week.
